O Level Math Challenge ("the app") is developed by Homilabs. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, who can see it, and how you can delete it.
You can use the app without an account. As a guest, your quiz history, scores and optional nickname are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
There is no public leaderboard. Your display name and score snapshot are visible only to the members of friend groups you belong to. Groups are private: they can only be joined with a 6-character invite code, cannot be searched for, and have no chat or messaging. Everything else (email, quiz answers, history) is visible only to you.
Account and quiz data is stored with Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), which processes it on our behalf under Google's own security and privacy terms. Data is encrypted in transit.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app: Account tab → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, quiz history, scores and group memberships; any group you own is deleted for all its members. You can also request deletion by emailing us — see how to delete your account and data.
The app is intended for students preparing for O Level / IGCSE examinations. We collect only the information described above, no more than is needed to run the features, and no advertising identifiers. If you are a parent or guardian and want a child's account and data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
