These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of O Level Math Challenge (the "app"), developed by Homilabs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You can use the app as a guest without creating an account, or create an account with an email/password or Google sign-in to save your progress across devices, appear on the leaderboard, and use Friend Groups. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
The app is intended for students studying Cambridge O Level / IGCSE Mathematics and is rated for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to create an account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
The app, including its quiz questions, explanations, design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Homilabs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish the app's questions or content elsewhere without our permission.
Friend Groups are private and joined only with an invite code. Your display name and score are visible to the other members of groups you join, and a group's name is visible to its members. Group owners can remove members and delete their group. Choose a display name and group name you are comfortable sharing with classmates, and keep invite codes to people you trust. You're responsible for content you choose to share within the app (such as a display name or group name).
O Level Math Challenge is a practice and revision tool. While we aim for accuracy in every question and explanation, the app is not affiliated with Cambridge Assessment International Education or any examination board, and we cannot guarantee any particular exam outcome, grade, or result from using the app. Always refer to your official syllabus and coursework for exam preparation.
Your account and quiz data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app (Account tab → Delete my account), or by contacting us at the email below.
We may need to reset, suspend, or delete accounts to maintain the security or integrity of the service (for example, in response to abuse or a security issue).
We aim to keep the app available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that rely on an internet connection (sign-in, leaderboard, Friend Groups, cross-device sync) may be unavailable if you're offline or if our backend services experience downtime. Guest-mode quiz practice works offline.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app over time, including adding new topics or removing outdated ones.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.
