This page explains how to delete your O Level Math Challenge account and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to accounts created with email/password or Google sign-in. If you only ever used the app as a guest, there is no server-side account to delete — see the note at the bottom.
Everything below is removed immediately and the app returns to the welcome screen.
If you can no longer open the app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost access to your device), email us:

We verify the request matches the account owner, then delete the account. This is typically completed within 7 days, and you'll get a confirmation email once it's done.

| Your score in friend groups | Removed — you no longer appear on any group leaderboard |
| Friend Group membership | Removed from any groups you belong to. If you own a group, the group is deleted for all members |
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you'd rather keep your account but just stop using the app, you can simply sign out instead — no need to delete anything.
If you used the app without creating an account, your quiz history was stored only on your device (never sent to our servers) — there's nothing for us to delete on our end. Uninstalling the app removes this local data.
